Employer-sponsored learning

Accessible AI training for South African teams

Enrol employees in structured cohorts, support practical learning and receive useful progress evidence without exposing private accessibility information.

What employers receive

Cohort administration

Invite employees, organise cohorts and monitor enrolment from one workspace.

Appropriate reporting

View participation, progress and completion evidence, with explicit definitions and export dates.

Privacy boundaries

Employers never see a learner's private access preferences, support notes or diagnosis information.

Skills-development context

The South African Revenue Service describes the Skills Development Levy as a levy intended to encourage learning and development. This Academy can support an employer's internal training plan and provide participation records.

It does not guarantee SDL reimbursement, discretionary or mandatory grants, SETA approval, NQF credits, QCTO registration or any other accreditation. Employers should confirm current requirements with their SETA, skills-development facilitator or professional adviser.
